Kisses & Cuddles

There just been a new release at Kennedy Grace Creations.  Our first cutsie stamp set called "Sweet Baby" and what a sweetie it is.   I have used all three little critters to create this little scene.  I used an oval to make the window they are all peeping through.  Such a fun little set you just have to love it.  I also used one of the new sequin mixes called Baby Blanket, lovely pastel pinks, blues and greens.

Have a Happy day!

Today I made a little card to enter into a challenge.  I haven't actually done that it a while.  The Challenge #61 at Your Next Stamp is a sketch or a colour combination.  I used the sketch as my inspiration but I also brought in the colour combination.

The stamp set I used is called "Oh Deer" and I just love these wee sweet deer.  She's coloured in pencil.  I also stamped a little background to go in behind the oval because she really looks like she could be skipping through a meadow.

I had a go at stamping a straight sentiment in a curve, took a little patience to get it right but using a stamping tool makes it very doable.

Thanks for popping by today
Enjoy the weekend

Pretty Fringes

Today I am sharing a card using the Fringe and Tassel die from the April Frantic Stamper Release.  This die is so much fun not only can you use it as a fringe but you can use it to make a hassle.  Thats Clever!!

For my card I chose pretty pastel colours in layers forming a lovely rainbow effect.  The beauty of this die is you can cut your strip of paper to the desired length and cut your fringe.  I paired the fringe with a plaid paper in similar colours and added a little flower posy over the ribbon.  I cut a banner and stamped my sentiment and finished with a few sequins for some sparkle.

Hippy Chick

Mark your calendar for the 3rd of April.  Theres a new release happening at Lili of the Valley called  "Decade Girls" and you will love them.  They will be released as digital stamps and pre coloured simply prints.

The digi I'm introducing today is called "Hippy Chick" and I think she's just gorgeous.  She's coloured in pencil.  I've kept my card layout pretty simple to keep the focus on the image.

Scarily the 3rd of April is not that far away.
