Firstly though I have a couple of new followers to welcome, thanks for joining me and I hope you pop back in often. Its lovely to have you here.
I'm not really a green person so this card is a little out there for me. But I really wanted to showcase this delightful Kennedy Grace shaker bits and things mix called Caramel Apples. A beautiful selection of sparkly sequins and seed beads in soft yellow, green tones, chocolate and sparkly clear.
I think my card has an unintentional retro kind of feel to it . I stamped several flowers into the circle and some single ones to scatter. The circle features the "little" sparkly bits in the mix with the larger sequins on the outside. I used the colours from the flowers to make an ombre effect on a piece of card stock to cut my sentiment from. I have to add here that my computer always auto corrects card stock to read yardstick, can't quite figure that one out. Anyway I added a little strip of green down one side just to anchor everything together.
Exciting things are happening at Kennedy Grace Creations and I am super thrilled to be a part of it. All the details are below so mark your calendars. We'd love for you to come and join us. I can't wait to share the new release with you. Its going to be great.
I am entering this card into the following challenges
Shamrocks, patterns and greens.
I think my card fits the Clean and layered style.
and
See you back soon

Karen, I really like how you used the tiny flowers in the circles. So pretty and with great texture.
Intended or not I really love the retro feel of this card (I think it's the yellow, green, and those flowers that make it feel retro). It's really pretty! Thanks for playing along with us at Sparkle & Shine and The Challenge!
