Joy

Sharing other card featuring dies and stamps available for pre order now at Frantic Stamper.  I went for a non traditional, but favourite christmas colour combination, turquoise and white.

I used three products from the Christmas release.  Ornate Joy die with the new Lovely Loop Edger, which I just know will become a firm favourite and Clear Stamp set Finial Ornaments.  This would be an easy card to reproduce in quantity as I stamped the background in rows before cutting the card to size and adding the Looped edge and Joy die cut with a small scrap of matching gingham paper to the bottom.

Christmas at Frantic Stamper

Its release time (well pre release) at Frantic Stamper Inc and its time for Christmas dies.  So many gorgeous dies are available for pre sale now including this little cute Reaching Santa. I thought he looked like he was waving from across the North Pole so matched him with the Hello die.  Isn't he bright and cheerful.  The little holly leaves are from the Wreath and Swag component die set which id full of lovely stems, berries, birds and bows.

Smiles for you

Sunflowers and smiles just seem to go together perfectly.  This card features the newly released Sunflower Stamp set from Kennedy Grace Creations.  Its just beautiful and so great to colour. I used my Derwent Coloursoft pencils and added a few white dots to the centre.  I finished it off with a few Moonbeams sequins also just released, this mix is an absolute must have.  It just adds that extra little bit of sparkle.

So here's a smile from me to you !!!

See you back soon

August Kennedy Grace Release

You should be arriving here from the wonderfully talented Cindy.

For my card I used the Time to Blossom stem, stamped several times.  I added sequins from the new mix called Mother of Pearl which is going to be one of those "go to" mixes.  Trust me its gorgeous. The sentiment is from the July release stamp set Sunflower.  I was playing around with white ink on black.  I like the drama it adds to the softness of the blooms.

Head to the store for all the new releases featured below (click on the logo), including the introduction of two wonderful die sets.  Mine have only just arrived so pop back soon as I'm going to play with them over the weekend.

Splendid Roses

One of the July release stamp set from Kennedy Grace Creations is this beautiful or should I say "Splendid" Roses stamps.  It did take me quite some time to colour this but it was worth the effort.  I used my coloursoft pencils after stamping the image in grey for a softer line.  I fussy cut the little parts of the leaves and buds that would have been under the circle and added a small strip of red stripe along the bottom with a smattering of the gorgeous new sequin mix called Moonbeams, such a useful, go with anything mix.  The sentiment is from the same set although because the grey and white paper is textured it hasn't stamped so well (didn't think about it at the time).

Make sure you pop over to the blog to see all the other wonderful creations using this same set.

See you soon!!
